Resolve common viewing, editing, sharing, event, and PDF export questions.
No tasks are visible. What should I check?
- Check whether search text is active.
- Open Filter and clear row or department filters.
- Check that the active project is the project you expect.
- Switch from List to Schedule or from Schedule to List depending on where you are looking.
- Use Today or the navigation arrows if the schedule is anchored away from the task dates.
I cannot edit something. Why?
- View-only shared schedules disable editing.
- Owner-only actions are hidden in shared mode.
- Flat-mode events cannot be resized downward or duplicated.
- Rows and departments cannot be managed from shared schedules.
- Some controls are hidden on smaller screens.
A public link only lets people view. How do I let someone edit?
Invite that person by email and choose Editor. The public link toggle creates a view-only link.
Why does an event show only once in Flat mode?
That is intentional. Multi-row events are stored as linked event group members for Group mode, but Flat mode shows each event group once so the task list stays readable.
Why does the browser print dialog open for PDF export?
Skedy renders a print-optimized view and then uses your browser's print system. Choose Save as PDF in the browser print dialog.
