Projects

Create, configure, switch, and remove production projects.

How do I create a project?

Use the plus button in the Projects section of the sidebar. Enter a project name, optional subtitle, project code, and accent color. The project opens immediately after creation.

What fields does a project have?

NameThe main project title shown in the sidebar, top bar, share dialog, export, and templates.
SubtitleA supporting line for format, year, version, or production details.
CodeA short identifier used in task codes and project previews.
StatusOne of Prep, In Production, Post, Delivered, or Archived.
Accent colorThe project color shown in navigation and project previews. You can choose a preset or a custom color.
Department namesCustom department names can be set by renaming department groups in the schedule.

How do I edit project settings?

Select the project in the sidebar, click the settings icon beside it, then update the name, subtitle, status, or accent color. Save changes to update the workspace.

How do I delete a project?

Select the project, click the trash icon in the sidebar, then confirm. Deleting a project removes that project from the workspace along with its teams and schedule items.

Can I keep multiple projects?

Yes. Each project has independent tasks, teams, holidays, share access, settings, templates, exports, and project metadata. Use the sidebar or command palette to switch between projects.
