Projects

Create and configure production projects.

Creating a project

Click + in the Projects section of the sidebar. Enter a name, optional subtitle, short code, and accent color. A new project opens with default department rows.

Project fields

NameShown in the sidebar, top bar, share dialog, and exports.

SubtitleFormat, year, or production version.

CodeShort identifier used in task codes.

StatusPrep · In Production · Post · Delivered · Archived.

AccentProject color in navigation, preset or custom picker.

Edit or delete

Click the settings icon beside the active project to rename, update status, or change color. Click the trash icon to delete, this removes all teams and tasks.
