Colors & shades

Team colors

Every team has its own distinct color, assigned automatically from a 12-color palette when the team is created. A team's color drives its task bars, row marker, group dot, list badge, and PDF export.

Changing a team's color

In Group mode, right-click a team's row label to open the palette menu, then pick a color. The change applies to all of that team's tasks immediately and is saved.

Per-task shades

Give individual tasks a lighter or darker shade of their team color for variance, handy for phases or sub-groups within one team. Shades span five steps from darker to lighter.

• Right-click a task bar to open the shade menu and pick a swatch.
• Or open the task drawer → Color → choose a shade.
