Create, move, select, copy, and edit tasks.
Creating tasks
- Click a grid cell to create a task on that row and date.
- Drag across cells to set a custom date range.
- Click New task in the toolbar to add to the last-used row.
Move, resize, select
- Drag a task bar to move it across dates or to a different row.
- Drag the left or right edge to resize. Snaps to whole days.
- Click to select. Double-click or Enter to open the drawer.
- Shift-click or Ctrl/Cmd-click for multi-select. Arrow keys move between tasks.
Copy, duplicate, delete
Ctrl/Cmd+C → Ctrl/Cmd+VCopy then paste into the next free slot.
DDuplicate without replacing the clipboard.
Delete / BackspaceDelete selected task or the entire multi-selection.
Ctrl/Cmd+Z / Shift+ZUndo / Redo (50-step history).
Task drawer, editable fields
Double-click a task or press Enter to open the drawer. You can edit title, date range, status, priority, type (Task or Event), resources, color shade, notes, and checklist items. An overlap check runs before date changes apply.
In view-only shared schedules, the drawer shows task details but all editing is disabled.
