Resources
Manage crew assigned to tasks.
Resources
- Open Resources from the sidebar or Cmd/Ctrl+K.
- Add a resource: enter name, role, and color. Shown as colored initials on task bars.
- Assign to a task: open the drawer → Resources → select from list.
- Deleting a resource removes it from all rows and task assignments.
Resources belong to your workspace, not to one project, so the same crew list is available on every board you own.
Workdays
The Resources dialog totals how many days each person is booked for across the open project, which is the quickest way to spot someone double-booked or sitting idle.
