How are rows organized in grouped view?
Rows are grouped under department headers. Department groups can collapse, expand, be renamed, receive new rows, and be deleted with their rows. Each row can hold tasks for that department.
How do I add rows and departments?
- Use the plus control on a department header to add another row inside that department.
- Use Add department at the bottom of the schedule to create an unused department with a custom display name.
- Rows inherit their department color and category.
How do I rename or reorder rows?
- Double-click a row label to edit the row name.
- Use the row hover controls to move a row up or down inside its department.
- Row order is saved and also affects flat-view tie breakers, keyboard navigation, templates, and exports.
How do I delete a row or department?
Hover the row or department header, click the delete control, and confirm. Deleting a row removes that row and its tasks. Deleting a department removes all rows and tasks in that department.
