Events

Shoot blocks and milestones that span multiple rows.

What is an event?

An event is a task type for milestones that can cover several rows at once, shoot blocks, reviews, table reads, or shared production moments. Switch any task to Event in the drawer under Type.

Multi-row events

In Group mode, drag the bottom edge of an event downward to span additional rows. Date edits sync across all linked rows. Deleting the event removes the whole group.

In Flat mode, a multi-row event appears once. The bottom drag handle and row spanning are disabled.
