Milestones

Shoot days, deliveries and locks that span multiple rows.

What is a milestone?

A milestone is one dated moment covering several rows at once: a shoot day, a delivery, a review, a lock. Switch any task to Milestone in the drawer under Type, or click New milestone in the toolbar.

Milestones carry no people and no status color, and cannot be repeated. They mark a moment, they don't track work.

Multi-row milestones

In Group mode, drag the bottom edge of a milestone downward to span additional rows, or tick the rows it covers in the drawer. Move it and every row moves with it. Deleting it removes the whole group.

In Flat mode, a multi-row milestone appears once. The bottom drag handle and row spanning are disabled.
